Louder Together Documentary

Louder Together is a feature documentary chronicling the journey fans and activist on two continents took to be part of the iconic 2016 Global Citizen Festivals in New York’s Central Park and Mumbai, India. Focusing on education, clean water and sanitation issues in india, Louder Together demonstrates how small actions by large groups of citizens can have huge impact on the lives of millions for generations to come.

Headliners from the 2016 Festivals featured in the documentary, with performances and exclusive interviews, include Rihanna, Coldplay, Jay-Z, Kendrick Lamar, Eddie Vedder, Demi Lovato, Metallica, A.R. Rahman, Amitabh Bachchan, Usher, Ellie Goulding and more.

Global Citizen has organized these annual music festivals in New York since 2012, and Chris Martin of Coldplay assumed the role of musical curator of the movement in 2015 – making a bold 15 year commitment supporting the roadmap of the UN Global Goals to end extreme poverty.

Louder Together is narrated by Hugh Jackman and will be available digitally, free-to-air in the United States via Complex Media and Verizon’s Go90 platform in Sept 13, 2017.

Ryan Gall and Marcus Haney directed the project, which was executive produced by Hugh Jackman, Ashok Amritraj, Hugh Evans, Craig Galvin and Kweku Mandela and produced by Ryan Gall and Matthew Macdonald-Turner. The film is an Ashok Armitraj Production presented by Global Citizen and Hyde Park Entertainment, produced in association with Riot House.
